BACKGROUND
Osiriame Obalabi Edeipo was born in Military Hospital, Surulere, Lagos, on 20th August, 1976 to the family of Late Capt. P.Z Edeipo (Rtd) and Late Mrs. Emily Edeipo. He is the first son and fourth child of the family – hence the name “Osiriame” – God’s Gave him to me” – equivalent of “Olufumi” in Yoruba and “Chinyere” in Igbo Languages.

 

 

 

EDUCATION
His earliest education was at Air Force Nursery and Primary School, Enugu, Enugu State. His family relocated in 1984 to his hometown of Ayogwiri, Uzairue, Etsako West L.G.A, Edo State, when his father resigned from the Nigeria Army. He, therefore, attended Okpodu Primary School, Ayogwiri, and Ayogwiri Grammar School, Ayogwiri, between 1984 and 1989. At the demise of his father in 1988, his entire family relocated from the village to the commercial city of Kano in 1990. Osiriame thereof attended Army Day Senior Secondary School, Janguza Barracks, Kano, between 1990 and 1994 and became the Senior Prefect of that school for the 1993/1994 academic session. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, between 1997 and 2003 and did his NYSC program at Uburu, Ohaozara L.G.A of Ebonyi State between 2003 and 2004. His newfound passion for the literary world drove him back to school. He, therefore, attended Benson Idahosa University, Ugbor GRA, Benin City, between 2010 and 2013, where he bagged another degree in English Language and Literature. He is about to round off his Masters’s program at the University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State – English Language (Literature Major).

 

 

CAREER
Osiriame is the Chairman/CEO of Oasis Of Greatness Publisher Limited – an indigenous company that CAC incorporated on the 7th day of the 7th Month of 2005.

He had great exposure and training as an undergraduate engineer at Coka Cola Bottling Plant, Challawa, Kano, Kano State, and Delta Steel Company, Ovwian-Aladja, Delta State. He also worked with Gasing Associates as a Car Tracker for a few years.

He has worked for many local, international, and governmental bodies as a Printer, Publisher, Editor, and Brand Developer.
He has authored many books. His books deal with subjects that cut across a wide range of human endeavors, including but not limited to: Academics, Religion, Politics, and Business. He was a freelance journalist for many years with Development Monitor – an Abuja-based magazine. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Epitome of Greatness, a magazine focusing on Biographies and Company Profiles. He is a Minister of the Gospel.

 

Osiriame Obalabi O. Edeipo is currently the Edo State Chairman of one of Nigeria’s 18 registered political parties, BOOT PARTY. He is also the Edo North Senatorial Candidate of the party.

BOOT means Because Of Our Tomorrow, and this party is arguably the most IT-compliant political party in Nigeria.

The BOOT party is one of Nigeria’s most credible political licensed parties and has a transparent practice of electing its leaders or candidates for offices during Direct Primaries.

BOOT Party stands for Fiduciary, Obedience & Service. Her contributions to the present Electoral Act (which has increased INEC readiness to conduct free and fair elections have been) very tremendous.

 

SPECIAL ABILITIES:
Osiriame speaks three Nigerian Languages: Etsako, Hausa, and Yoruba. He regularly visited Benin Prisons to minister and assisted the inmates but was forced to stop due to Covid 19 restrictions. He loves to read, travel, and interact with the youths – a generation saddled with many challenges that need proper guardians and help to overcome.

 

 

 

FAMILY LIFE
He is happily married to Mrs. Oluomachi Edeipo – The Lolo1 of the Osiriame Dynasty and one who washed his kids’ infant hands.
They are blessed with five lovely children (Osiriame II, Chinelatam, Folashade, Bamaiyi, and Prevail).
